Karl has done it once again with another amazing set up at his Chanel Fall 2015 Couture show. This time the set up was a casino with his muses (Kristen Stewart, Julianne Moore…) in the center playing roulette while the models passed. As always, Chanel had a military-like influence in its signature suiting but Karl used silhouettes rather than shoulder pads to build the strong looks. A first for Chanel would have to be most of the garments being seamless; many of the looks were 3-D printed.
My favorite spin on the classic suit from the couture show is this navy look worn by Binx.
Wool coat and coordinating dress.
The neck on this gives me serious Mary-Kate and Ashley feels (in a good way)… why?
One of the few lighter colored looks in the collection.
Give me this.
I feel like I say this about a lot of pieces but… I could totally see Florence Welch wearing this in full length form.
Alright everyone! This is the first in a small series of Fall 2015 Couture show posts I will be making so keep an eye out for more! xx
