Today’s adventure to find some brunch in Manhattan felt a lot like the “Brunch” episode of “Portlandia.” Only with more wandering and confusion.
After waiting 40 minutes at Dudley’s only to find there still weren’t any tables (thanks a lot, table campers. That’s why you drink at the bar.), we tried a few more places before finally stumbling upon Fiat Cafe.
Fiat Cafe, in Soho, is a super cute Italian cafe with a really great brunch menu. The food was amazing (even if other things were a little odd..you’ll see…)and I had a smashed avacado and chicken panini with a side salad.
For the rest of the day Laura and I did a little shopping and had ice cream that was so beautiful that I forgot to document it before inhaling the whole thing.
